These Terms of Use govern your use of driveguardhomewarranty.com, the My DriveGuard customer portal, and the DriveGuard partner portal. By using these services you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Partner and customer accounts are issued to individuals and may not be shared.
Acceptable use
- Do not access records that do not belong to you.
- Do not submit false information, referrals without consent, or malicious files.
- Do not attempt to probe, scan or disrupt our systems.
Quotes and coverage
Quotes are estimates and are not a contract. Coverage exists only under an approved DriveGuard service agreement and is subject to its terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions.
Partner referrals
Partners must obtain the homeowner’s consent before submitting a referral. Referral compensation, if any, is governed by the partner’s written agreement and applicable law.
Intellectual property
The DriveGuard name, logo and site content are owned by DriveGuard Warranty LLC. Approved partners may use materials from the partner Resource Center as provided.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveGuard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or portals.
